Precautions for using oil circulation electric heater:
During use, attention should be paid to preventing hydraulic oil from being contaminated and replacing the hydraulic oil in a timely manner. More than 70% of hydraulic system failures are caused by improper use. Therefore, to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the hydraulic system, it is not only necessary to select hydraulic oil correctly and reasonably, but also to use and manage hydraulic oil correctly.
1. Keep the hydraulic system of the die-casting mold temperature machine clean
Residual iron filings, metal powders, and other impurities during the processing and installation of hydraulic components, if not cleaned in a timely manner, can be carried into the oil. As the oil flows, the impurities can cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system and, in severe cases, even lead to malfunctions. Therefore, the hydraulic system should be carefully inspected and cleaned before installation and operation, whether it is a new or overhauled hydraulic system, and must be cleaned when replacing hydraulic oil. The hydraulic system should be cleaned using the working oil or test oil originally used by the hydraulic device.
2. Prevent the mixing of moisture
The hydraulic oil of the die-casting mold temperature machine should be prevented from being mixed with moisture during use. After being mixed with moisture, the hydraulic oil will emulsify and turn milky white. It should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid wear and corrosion of hydraulic components, which may worsen the operation of the hydraulic system. The main ways in which water is mixed into the hydraulic system are through the oil tank and cooler. It is necessary to regularly check whether the oil tank cover on the upper part of the frame is sealed, whether the cooler is filled with water, and clean the filter regularly, about every three months.
3. Regularly replace hydraulic oil
The hydraulic oil of the die-casting mold temperature machine will deteriorate and be contaminated by foreign substances during use, which will lead to a decrease in quality. When the quality decreases beyond a certain limit, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced.
The service life of hydraulic oil for die-casting mold temperature machine is related to its working conditions and its own quality. Under normal use and management conditions, hydraulic oil containing additives generally has a service life of about one year. If it is a hydraulic oil containing antioxidant and anti-corrosion additives, and blended with three types of base oils, its service life can reach one and a half to two years.
The above oil change cycle is a general situation. In fact, some equipment can extend the use cycle of hydraulic oil for a period of time due to good management and maintenance work, which also depends on the frequency of equipment use.
